Enough already

No more personal entries, I promise. Back to the news, things that matter, and issues of Islamic fascism as it relates to human rights and terrorism.

Until football season officially starts on September 16. Then it's crazy Trojan pride from then on out.

CORRECTION: USC Football does officially start September 2 in Arkansas. For those of us who must stay at home that weekend, the season officially starts in LA on September 16.

There. Happy?

FYI, You are aware college football starts Thrusday August 31 and USC plays Saturday September 2nd?

I guess that also means we'll get the homer post of the day/week from you now...wonderful

First of all, our official opening game is September 16 v. Nebraska, so that's all that matters to me. (Who needs Arkansas anyway? The marching band leader doesn't scream about Sept 2...it's "SEPTEMBER 16th PEOPLE!!")

Secondly, if by "homer" you mean the USC library database (HOMER) post of the week, don't count on it. :P

Its the home opener on Sept 16th, the world doesn't revolve around the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Losing on Sept 2nd is just the same as losing on Sept 16th.

No, the kind of homer that would get you featured on the Dan Patrick Show. The kind of homer it takes to make going 2 for 20 while striking out 14 times seem like a good thing.
