Another Year Over, A New One's Just Begun

Happy New Year!

I'm off to the Rosebowl, crossing my fingers that we upset the pontificating armchair quarterbacks at ESPN who think Michigan will take it.

Be back later to blog about new years resolutions and all that boring stuff. Or I might not be back....it all depends on the outcome of the game.

Pasadena has some nice, high bridges. :)

I admit defeat on behalf of the Big Ten.

Troy has reversed history.

Thank you, sir. It was quite a game. And even more of an experience to be there.

A satisfying win, it was. :)

Congrats to California's school systems best team. They have some deep-strike capability. Michigan has fallen apart against tough competition the last two games. I was surprised that they did not use their formerly effective running game more, but that's how the rose petals fall.

It was nice of USC to have a home game for the holidays, and that you got the chance to join about 100,000 of your friends. I imagine it got pretty loud out there.

I'm curious to find out from you any sightings of Star Wars geeks in the crowd.

No Star Wars geeks in the stands. Lots of cheers for Lucas, but he practically owns USC anyway. From what I hear, the star wars convention was the parade. It doesn't cost a thing to attend it...the game however will set you back quite a bit. :)

That's okay...it was totally worth it.
