Awr (that's how the British say 'awe')

So, I'm getting ready to go out and run errands when it hit me, "Oh my gosh, I'm going to Italy this summer!" Now, this is not a rare occurence. This thought hits me close to three times a day. But the frequency in which 'new' revelation occurs does not diminish the significance of it, I can assure you. I am practically giddy as I type this because it's hit me again. :)

I used to dream of going to Italy, fully anticipating it would never be possible because it's too expensive, etc, etc. Well, it is pretty darn expensive (I am budgeting nearly every penny that passes through my hands) but I know it's going to be worth it. I'm just in awe of possibilities. If you truly commit yourself to saving money, it will happen and you can go on amazing vacations. Wow, I just thought that was for my truly frugal, disciplined friends. But I'm one third of the way there with my finances and I've got 3 months left to go. (It's only taken me 3 weeks to get to the third, too.)

Anyhow, I thought I'd take a moment out of my day to thank God for 1.) making Italy, 2.) making me (and my wonderful traveling friend Rachael) and 3.) for dazzling me with His providence. I have a feeling that "I ain't seen nothin' yet." Bring it on, Lord! :)

ME <---- that's my nickname backward :)
