I am not surprised in the least that terrorists got just a little close to blowing up some planes in Europe. When I was over there in mid-June, I was appalled at the lack of security the airports had! they never looked at my passport or my ticket. I couldnt believe how much of a joke Europe takes airport security. If the US was just as horrible, we would have been attacked over and over again years ago.

The fact that the article stated "they[the students] pose no terrorism threat", yet were searched for so vigorously causes me to wonder why exactly was this manhunt on and so widely publicized?
